探讨盐藻D.peircei多糖的提取工艺。采用正交实验确定了提取盐藻粗多糖的最佳工艺条件,通过酶解方法脱除其蛋白。实验结果表明,提取盐藻粗多糖的最佳工艺条件为100℃,提取10h,固液比1∶16,pH=9,通过中性蛋白酶对其酶解,可脱除其部分蛋白,使糖含量达到29.01%,初步确定此多糖为含有硫酸基和己糖醛酸的蛋白多糖。

The extraction process
of polysaccharides from D.salina was studied by
the orthogonal experimental design.The protein
was removed by enzymatic hydrolysis.The Results
showed that the optimum extraction condition was to add 16 times in
quantity of water to the D.peircei,and add 40% NaOH to the mixture until pH=9,and extracting at 100℃ for 10 hours.The
polysaccharides from D.salina.was deproteinated by neutral protease.The
