以硫酸铝和硅酸钠为包覆改性剂,采用化学沉淀法,在硅灰石表面包覆纳米级硅酸铝,在包覆量为5%、硅灰石悬浮液固液比为1∶15,硫酸铝浓度为0.15mol/L、硅酸钠浓度为0.45mol/L、滴加速度为1ml/min、温度为70~80℃、反应时间60min等最佳条件下,制备了硅酸铝/硅灰石复合粉体。结果表明,硅灰石表面均匀地包覆了一层纳米粒级的硅酸铝,白度提高了2.0%。

A Composite
powder of nano-sized aluminum silicate/wollastonite was made by Al2(SO4)3
and Na2SiO3 reacted and deposited on the surface of wollastonite.
Under best experimental conditions the namo-sized
aluminum silicate/wollastonite was made. The
amount of aluminum silcate is 5%, the S/L ratio
of wollastonite suspension is 1∶15, the concentration of aluminum sulfate and natrium
silicate is 0.15mol/L and 0.45mol/L respectively, the reaction rate and the
reaction temperature and the reaction time is 1ml/min and 70-80℃and
60min respectively.The results were showed that the
surface of the wollastonite was deposited by a nano-sized aluminum silicate film and the whiteness of
it increased by 2.0%.
