以粉煤灰为硅源制备的二氧化硅为原料,采用硅烷偶联剂KH560对其进行表面改性。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂与二氧化硅表面的羟基发生反应,纳米二氧化硅的分散性和表面疏水性大为提高。当mSCA/msilica为0.05、反应时间为6h,纳米二氧化硅的平均粒径最小,改性效果也最好;文中分析了硅烷偶联剂KH-560与二氧化硅的改性机理。

Silica based
on fly ash as precursor was modified with silane
coupling agent(KH-560). The research results
showed that because silane coupling agent had
reacted with hydroxyl group, dispersibilty and
surface hydrophobicity of silica were improved well.
When the ratio of mSCA /msilica
is 0.05 and reaction time is 6 hours, the mean diameter of silica particles
is the least and the modification effect is best. Reaction mechanism,
according to which silica reacts with silane
coupling agent, is analyzed.
